Get exclusive use of the mansion for the duration of your event.

Personal Planner

You'll get a personal planner from our venue to help you with all your venue and catering planning needs through the process.

Day of Coordinator

You get a dedicated day of coordinator for your whole event. Our coordinator will be there for you all day to coordinate all our vendors, as well as our team, our serving staff, and help you and your bridal party.
Our Day of Coordinator will also be the person who runs your ceremony rehearsal.

All needed furniture, tablecloths, napkins, glassware, and silverware

All needed chairs, tables (round, rectangular, high-tops) are included with your rental. You can choose from our in-house selection of linen colors for your tablecloths and napkins at no additional cost. All our linens are real fabric, and our glassware and silverware is also included with your rental.

Full-day use of our bridal and groom suites

Use our two suites for the whole day and even get lunch on us while you're getting ready.

Personal Attendant

Get your own personal attendant who will be there for you while you're getting ready and during your wedding day. And yes, this is also included in your rental.

Choose one of three gorgeous ceremony locations (Garden Pergola or Ballroom).

Ceremony Rehearsal

A ceremony rehearsal is included with your ceremony fee. Our rehearsals are typically the day before your wedding but can be scheduled on another available day, based on availability.

Ceremony Chairs

We provide up to 200 white ceremony chairs. Perfect for any outdoor ceremony. For our indoor ceremonies we use our banquet chairs.

Microphones

At no additional cost we also include our sound system and microphones for ceremonies indoor or at our Garden Pergola.

Guest Attendants

Our ceremonies also include attendants that meet your guests when they arrive and who also guide them to your ceremony space as well as answer any questions.
